Preciously furnished Pool Villas 21 to 29 have great views and were built in modern thai style around various pools.

Secluded from the rest, overlooking the sea with direct access to the beach.

Not big but excellent with marvellous views to garden and sea and an always breezy terrace.
Bungalow 4
Situated directly above the sea with great views, two terraces and a lot of space.
Apartment 3
Big enough for a family with a large window front facing the sea.
Thai bungalows 1 and 2
Situated in our wonderful garden, furnished in thai style.
Terms
- All prices above are for two persons per night including breakfast
- 3rd and 4th person add 800 THB per person incl. breakfast
- check in time 2 pm
- check out time 11 am
Transport and transfer
- Bicycles are at your disposal for 100 THB per day
- Motorcycles can be rented for 300 THB a day
- Transfer airport Surat Thani – Khanom 1800 THB each way
- Pick up railway station Surat Thani – Khanom 2000 THB , trains are normally late between 1 to 3 hours, therefore pick up is more expensive than Transfer
- Transfer Khanom – Surat Thani railway Station 1800 THB
- Transfer Ferry Port Donsak – Khanom each way 900 THB
- Transfers from other places in Thailand are possible, please ask us for the rates
- all Transfer rates are calculated for up to 4 passengers in a pick up
Booking information
- 30 % deposit at the time of the reservation, which will not be refunded in case of cancellation, minimum 1 night
- 100 % cancellation fee in case of cancellation within 7 days before arrival
- In case of premature departure we will charge 100% of the former reservation arrangement
- Payments made by credit card will be charged 3 %
